What happens if I exceed my included focus hours?
Additional participant-hours are billed at $2 per hour beyond your plan’s included allocation. You’ll always see your usage before being charged.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No lock-in, no penalties.
What’s a participant-hour?
One person in a focus room for one hour equals one participant-hour. A 2-hour session with 4 people uses 8 participant-hours.
Why is there a 10-seat minimum on the Team plan?
The Team plan includes admin controls, a shared dashboard, and onboarding support designed for groups. The minimum ensures the investment makes sense for both sides.
Do I need a credit card to start on Free?
No. The Free tier is genuinely free with no card required. You can explore pods and focus rooms before committing to a paid plan.
Can pod members be on different plans?
Absolutely. Each member’s plan governs their own limits. A Free member can join a pod created by a Pro or Pod Leader user.
